a ruby sweater for ruby

I finished Ruby's ruby red Cascade sweater a few weeks ago and it looks so cute on her. I've since added the wood buttons although they are not in the photo. I love the leaves pattern along the placket and the wool is soft and warm. I've been knitting this in faith through many ups and downs, court hearings and unknows in her future. As I knit I pray that she may be blessed with a family who teaches her about the love of God and that will give her a safe, warm and secure future. We pray that family will be us but most of all we trust the Lord and his plans for her.
